I tell stories from close up – not from a distance.

As a documentary filmmaker with many years of experience in the agency landscape, in animal welfare and a strong passion for adventure and research projects, my focus is on conflict and border areas where human, ecological and political interests collide.
My documentary work deliberately avoids simplistic narratives and classic heroic tales, instead relying on changes in perspective, polyphony, and a reflective narrative style.
